It's a completely stupid system. Getting WA on the track is so much easier and costs about $25 by comparison.

In an alternative world I was running Valencia today. Instead I managed a 12 mile run today. My longest for a few months. Nothing quite like slugging through the mud of the Kentish countryside. Feeling like the body is finally ready to kick on again and focus on Copenhagen in the spring.
