CSIRO to cut up to 350 research jobs in major overhaul After 440 positions were slashed last year, the CSIRO has announced more staff cuts across the country in a bid to remain financially viable.

It didn't collapse overnight! Some defects were introduced, which will probably result in peak broadening in the PXRD. Also a passivation surface layer has been added and surface absorbed atoms

Layer 2 done- added some reinforcement and this must be a flexible MOF, because the guests are structurally integral
