Say hello to my brand new set of pots and pans replacing my woeful set of 30 years.
My old set was durable but not pretty. Now I have both! They’re made under the imprimatur of Martha Stewart so that’s a good thing too.

Gene Hackman has passed away.
His scenes with Frances Mcdormand in Mississippi Burning had an intense undercurrent that couldn’t be matched by actors considered more conventionally beautiful and sexy.
He’ll be remembered for his immense talent. And, for me, a bit of a crush.
A perfect voice. An amazing album. And the first famous “Roberta” I had ever heard about.
RIP Roberta Flack. Your quiet fire will never be extinguished.
