Building a team for a massive AAA game is hard, challenging work. I would not recommend it for most people - but seeing the collective vision come together through the sheer will and talent of every artist is more fulfilling than anything I could model or texture alone.

Another year completed at TNM. It's been a whirlwind four years and I'm incredibly thankful to work with such a talented and passionate team. I was the 2nd artist hired and now the Env dept is over 30 people. I interviewed (and directly sourced!) much of the team.
