i’m not sure my “goal weight” in all of this, but i am going to keep going on this journey of eating right and creating healthy habits that push me in the direction of feeling the best i can. cheers to 2025 and all that i was able to accomplish, i can’t wait to see where this year takes me!

down now 90lbs, i look back at where i began and i’m proud of the me that said “im tired of feeling physically limited, i want to feel capable of living a full and happy life” because the me now is a selfie-lover, active, adventurous, happy, and goal-oriented. i changed my entire outlook on life!

it’s been exactly 1 year since i started my health journey. looking back on this past year i was able to accomplish some amazing things that i didn’t know i was capable of. i’m proud to say where i started (285lbs) and where i am now (195lbs)! i feel so much better physically. ☀️

living in america currently has me so tired… legitimately think i’m need to write a book or something to get these horrible feelings out of my head because there IS point to all of this but it’s not celebrity drama or bad pop music or ai or late-stage capitalism… it’s actually a secret 5th thing

little update, i just wanted to say that I’ve now lost almost 40 pounds and i could not be happier. 🥹 i may even reach my goal weight by the end of this year. i’m so proud of me. ❤️
