Not necessarily about the number on the scale but like health wise I have not felt great especially the last few years. I got a new lease on life now babyyy let’s go!!! Also my birthday is in April and I’m hoping to lose another 10 by then. And then when this summer hits I AM GONNA BE LOOKIN GUUUD

Also down a size in shirts I’m now a comfortable 2x. And my goal weight is 160. I am excited to see what I can accomplish in a year, and next January I wonder how far I’ll have come. I’ve been overweight for most of my life and I’m just like really tired of feeling like shit all the time

Also I’ve lived with terrible chronic back pain for sooo long, but as the weight is coming off it’s getting more manageable. It’s not so debilitating. Anyway I just wanted to share that, where I was is not where I am now and I’m headed to a healthy happy place. I’m so excited for this year~

I think the most rewarding part is something so small to most people. But I was to a point where honestly, sometimes I would be scared to go to events with seating because I was scared I would not fit in the seat. I just bought tickets to go to a basketball game with my bf and I’m so excited.

I’m just like really loving life right now, I have more energy, more confidence, and I’ve learned about counting macros and what I actually need to eat in a day to sustain myself rather than overeating like crazy which is what I had been doing for literal years
