Chatbots are not neutral. Whomever provides the system prompt sets its agenda. This is on top of whatever biases it picks up from its training data

At best this is a misguided idea. At the worst, it perpetuates corruption while making it harder to detect.

Back when I was teaching HCI and design I used to reject student project pitches if the only benefit they could articulate for their software was "increased convenience" for the user.

The things we lose in the name of "convenience" are often intangible at first. We only feel their loss over time.
