This isn't about spending, its about some teams never being able to fund deferred payments as the Dodgers can. I am not debating on some small markets not spending, I am saying those idiot small market owners allowed spending loopholes they could never meet that the Dodgers take advantage of.

It doesn't matter who the GM is as long as current ownership run the show. They have a proven history of not allowing the GM to spend enough to get to get this team into the playoffs. Latest example is that Krall was not allowed to bring Geno back in July which would have solved the power problem.
