As a child I visited Dachau. I just realized the take-aways:

It was about lumping a whole group of humans into a pile, degrading them, and saying others should hate on them too. I am against that.

First, that’s not what this post was about. And second, for me, respecting a human being as a human being is very differ than respecting what they do or what they believe.
