I'm admittedly less familiar with the elder scrolls games, but fo3 and NV don't have integrated mod support. that seems like a fairly new feature but those games all are still modablel you just have to kind of do it third party

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about but dont the mods usually come from the community months after release?
Or is oblivion remastered not moddable at all somehow?
