NGL, I’ve had some shaky moments, to the point I was cringing a little when he won because I knew the wave of negativity that would sweep through.

But nope. Not anymore. In a world increasingly joyless, Pogi brings me joy and by the Blessed Belgian Beer Gods, I am going to ENJOY it! 🙌😆

I was talking about Ayuso pre- Remco drop kick. Afterwards he did pull…giving Seixas a piece of his mind in the process. 😂

Remco did more work in that chase group than anyone else. He’s got the right to be a mite pissy, methinks.

I mean, in his defense, Ayuso didn’t help. Every time he ended up on the front (usually because Remco pulled off), he would almost immediately freewheel.

(I don’t think Seixas or Scaroni had the capability to help Remco as much as he wanted.)

I also have other riders and teams that I enjoy watching (Maikel Zijlaard! Niamh Fisher-Black!) so I usually end up watching all of it, heh. There is something awesome in every race, IMO.

I enjoy it and am impressed by it.

Yeah. They’re TOLD Pogi’s ruining things, so they believe it.

And the inability to separate dislike of results from the person themselves.

And today’s world where being negative and angry and disappointing gets more traction and engagement.

It’s a vicious cycle.
