Due process has NEVER been a thing for POC in the court system and anybody who believes otherwise is a painfully naive fool.

Police routinely break the law, prosecutors routinely give them a pass, and judges have always overseen this blatant corruption. If you think this only started happening during the Trump terms, you're dead wrong

He's saying the quiet part about the court system in general, and this has been how due process has been treated long before Trump.

Cops not following the law have always had prosecutors and judges make up excuses for cops saying "we don't have time to do things legally".
