Day 24: Pear-Cocoa Nibs
Last day!! This was my favorite jam in 2022 and I’m so excited to have it back! Perfect texture, interesting flavors, and so delicious with cheese. 10/10 thanks for following this journey with me!!

Day 23: Apricot-Orange Blossom
Definitely more on the marmalade side, very sour! Not my favorite I will say it’s got some floral going on and a bitter aftertaste. 5/10

Day 22: Mirabelle Plum-Linden Blossom
Sorry forgot to post yesterday! This was okay. There was something hard in the texture I wasn’t a fan of. It was very middle of the road. 6/10

Day 21: Pineapple-Passion Fruit
Yummm this is so good. I love a tropical fruit moment. Very bright but also warm from the pineapple. 8.5/10

Day 20: White Nectarine-Peach
This is very sweet but still good! Very middle of the road as far as flavor. In past years this one included lemon verbena and I think I’m missing that tartness. 7/10

Day 19: Cherry-Honey
I’m not getting a lot from the honey but the cherry is nice. Very tart and very chunky consistency. 6/10

Day 18: Caramel-Coffee
I…am so sorry I do not like coffee and therefore do not like this. But it does taste like a latte from what I can tell. 2/10

Day 17: Strawberry-Wild Strawberry
Double strawberry!! I’m in! This was delicious. Tasted almost like a candy with the tartness from the wild strawberry. Was a bit sweet for my liking but still very nice! 9/10

Day 16: Mixed Berries
How delightful! Very comforting and nostalgic taste. A few too many seeds for me but I loved the taste! 8.5/10

Day 15: Cherry-Pink Peppercorn
Y’all…this one is NASTY. I have never tasted anything more medicinal. The slight kick from the peppercorn really puts it over the edge for me. 1/10

Day 14: Mango-Raspberry-Lime
This was nice but not as flavorful or as tart as is like from the lime! Very subtle but still good. 7/10

Day 13: 4 Fruits Spread
Oh she’s mysterious!! What four fruits?! Also DELICIOUS. I have no notes. Perfect taste and texture. (Back of the jar says strawberry, black currant, red currant, and cherries) 10/10

Day 12: apricot-peach spread
Halfway through! Yknow, this was pleasant but not overall very flavorful. The main flavor was just sweet which I didn’t hate. 6/10

Day 11: Pineapple-Yuzu Spread
Oooo she’s tropical today!! This was surprisingly warm like a pineapple upside down cake. Didn’t get too much from the yuzu but the pineapple is lovely. 8/10

Day 10: Raspberry-Rose
Sorry I’m late! This was alright. I’m not a big floral girlie. The raspberry is delicious though and I wish it was just raspberry. 7/10

Day 9: Rhubarb-Spice Spread
I’ll tell you I was scared I wasn’t going to like this one but it was so nice!! It’s reminiscent of apple pie flavor with a little something extra. Very warm, very nice!! 8.5/10

Day 8: Lemon-Elderflower
This is really nice!! So sour and bright; the elderflower really complimented the lemon. 8/10

Day 7: Wild Blueberry-Maple Syrup
I was expecting a blueberry pancake sort of vibe but this was so tart and oddly bitter? Almost like the maple syrup was burnt or something. 4/10
