I'm so proud to be a Canadian and a Newfoundlander – to have had the freedom to take in all the wonderful experiences I've been blessed to have all over the world. 🚢 🌊📍🗺

It is estimated that this path has been in use for over 500 years... Though the red Adirondacks are much newer, I wonder how many folks sat in these chairs and admire the views. I imagine it's in the thousands at least!

Such a great way to exercise AND admire downtown St. John's' natural beauty. 😍

Another beautiful day on the East Coast Trail! 🌲 🥾 🌊

The North Head trail can be challenging (so... many... stairs... 😅) but the views are simply unbeatable – the Atlantic Ocean, Signal Hill tower, the Battery, the Narrows, Fort Amherst, Cuckhold's Cove... You get to see it all on this trail!

There's nothin' like enjoying dazzling view while standing on the edge of a cliff to make you feel truly alive! 🌅 🏞 🌄

This past weekend, myself and a few pals tackled Silver Mine Head Path, ending at Middle Cove Beach, all part of the always stunning East Coast Trail.

There's no one else that I would rather navigate this journey with – from the middle of a vast sea where we met, to the bustling streets of so many cities, to the top of mountains, and everywhere in between...

I'll follow the two of you to the ends of the earth, snapping pictures along the way. 👯‍♂️ 📸
