Nonfat Mango Greet Yoghurt with crushed cashews in. Black coffee from the skull of an old friend. Various balms and tinctures on my skin to compliment the daily regimen of meds in my bloodstream. Exercise will recommence once the doctors say I can stand the pressure in my post-surgery eye again.

I usually use VistaPrint, though I've used others.

Seeing the scarcity of posts and realizing some of you may not know that Jennifer and I are both employed again and have been for over a year.

It's hard to find friends and others here. Is there no "recommended to follow" thing? I can't just copy and paste addresses when I'm at work or on the go.

I enjoy walks, but I absolutely notice the heat, humidity and brain cells frying in the unrelenting sun. I have to use an umbrella in addition to sunscreen just to get to work right now, and have a cold water or electrolyte beverage on hand. I guess I'm getting old. I still love walks, though.
