Went to a seminar by @10xgenomics.bsky.social on spatial transcriptomics. Really impressive resolution and capacity. Itβs amazing how this field has grown. Now just have to figure out if I can afford itβ¦!

I am absolutely floored by the quantity and quality of data provided by @plasmidsaurus.bsky.social Iβm going to need new workflows around my plasmid preps to take advantage of this. It is already is fixing problems I didnβt know I had.

Iβve used AAV6 for retrograde labeling in the brain, it has both anterograde and retrograde transduction properties.

Really cool paper out of Sarah Joneβs lab comparing differences in fiber photometry analyses. Great example of the types of studies we need to do to understand the boundaries of these tools!

Really enjoyed the new neuroburst track @cpddorg.bsky.social . I havenβt been to CPDD in years as I drift more into neuroscience but this new track changes things entirely!
