It sucks being a history major and knowing the past. My mom was right, I should have gone to college for something more practical 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

I didn’t know they had cancelled the No Kings rallies in MN on Saturday. I had heard of the assassinations and victims but did not hear the warnings to stay home. When my mom called and asked me to skip the protest in my hometown that day, my immediate response was “that’s what they want us to do”

Fun fact: animal with the largest brain is the sperm whale. Animal with the highest IQ is the chimpanzee. Clearly the 20 lb brain size of the whale does not equate to higher intelligence.

Fun animal fact: one major difference between dogs and wolves…wolves can’t move their eyebrows thus limiting their facial expressions with humans. Dogs have an extra muscle in the eye that wolves do not have allowing them to have a “puppy dog eyes” look. Except for one breed..the Siberian Husky.

Fun fact to save my sanity in the new year:
Once humans started walking we limited how big our heads/brains could be because the birth canal size was now established. In order to walk we could only birth certain size heads.
Side note: maybe it’s not so much the SIZE of the brain as the use of it
