Just found an old diary and I'm slightly shocked to remind myself that in the summer of 2019, I was celebrating hitting 33k subs and £1k monthly income for the first time. I'd just gone full-time into YouTubing. That was some commitment!

Anyone in the market for a reasonably priced car? Very clean, drives really well, ULEZ exempt, MOT until February - £750 in Mid-Devon.

I really hate these dark evenings. Go for a drive for the fun of it? No. Not really. Blinding headlights and invisible views. It just isn't fun.

Yup. I diced an onion super-quick last night. Very proud of myself. Especially given I'd somehow made it to 44 without really ever cooking from scratch.

I dunno. I get as angry and sweary as I do working on cars! (That all gets edited out)

That said, I had a KFC while Betty was broken down on Friday night and that was most pleasant too. No ill effects either! Video on the breakdown coming on Wednesday.

I'm cooking almost every night with fresh ingredients and have noticed how my consumption of antacids or other digestive aids has dramatically reduced. It's a pain in the arse and an absolute time thief but apparently better for me.

I fear that could quickly become an expensive project!

It's beyond comprehension how different life is now to back then. Things change. Change can very much be a good thing.
