Black and brown people are out there protesting and saying the same thing. Our BIPOC neighbors have lived with state sanctioned brutality, murder and imprisonment in a way white folks can't imagine, but even they see this as different. As a breaking of the world - as straight up facism.

How about you start by getting your own party on board. I am already hearing some Democrats waiver on whether this was illegal or not. These same Democrats have been taking money from the oil lobby for a very long time. So - yeah, maybe start there.

I agree the voters are largely to blame here, but dahmit the Democrats have got to show much stronger leadership and messaging. They are mostly competing with each other in a campaign to rule over the ashes, even as that madman sets fire to our country and the constitution.

The Democrats are showing zero leadership. They have failed to unite with one voice and in fact you can already see those who are dependent on oil interests for their war chests begin to minimize Trump's action.

Furthermore, you can already see the Dems who have war chests financed by oil interests moderate their language. They are refusing to call this what it is - a violation of the war powers act. Unless they do that, their GOP counterparts certainly aren't going to.

The Democrats have caved time and again. You can already see it happening now. They don't need the GOP - they need a unified message and strong leadership to appeal to the American people. They have neither.

And so DO SOMETHING!

And now we know the answer to our question. Our military will follow an illegal order in defiance of our Constitution and their vow to protect it.

I have one wish this year and only one. If it happens, I'll be the one dancing naked by the fire:)

I think we need to just say this. Elon Musk murdered by proxy when he abruptly ended USAID funding and resources. He is directly responsible for the death and misery of thousands. He is a cold hearted murderer, lacking in the essentials of what it is to be human.
