The most important part in that letter for me is that she uses this situation in a way to learn to treat my other two sisters, who do still keep contact with her, better. I really hope it changes anything. Abusive parents are fucking ass man.

But just the thought of her reading that letter and her being confronted with all the abuse, manipulation and damage she has done to me makes me feel a little better about things, even if she doesn't react like I'd want her to.

But I know that's not gonna be the case. Anxiety will increase for each day I don't get a reply, even though I asked her not to reply. And since I'm no contact, neither outcomes will feel satisfying. I won't have a good relationship with my mother ever again, no matter how hopeful I may be.

The way it's right now newer and newer things get added I really wanna tell her before going NC but it's taking a huge toll on my mental health no matter if I write it or not. I have this visual image of me putting the letter into that yellow little box and the winds just carry me home so free I am.
