It genuinely boggles my mind that people are somehow convinced that GW2 is going into “maintenance mode” any time soon—and that this seems to be a pretty common assumption among non-players.

Seriously, where does this idea even come from?

Why not? It seems to me he’s been desperate to get out of paperwork and politics for a new adventure. I don’t think he’d really even care where to.

A Google Sheets table listing various GW2 materials needed to craft gen3 legendary weapons. Included are how many of each I need, how expensive each material is, and how much gold I'd need to just buy all of them outright.

I think my next big goal in #GuildWars2 is gonna be getting all the Gen3 legendary weapons. I put together a nice little table of everything I need to get for that.

That is, uh, a really big gold number at the bottom. Got my work cut out for me.

I said the same thing last week but damn Gachiakuta is so good. Loved the way this episode weaved everything together.

#Gachiakuta has gotta be one of the best anime to come out in recent years. I become more and more convinced of this with each passing week.

I've never understood takes like these that things are "ruined" because other people enjoy them in a different way than you. Adults optimizing Pokemon for competitive/nuzlockes/etc doesn't take anything away from kids.

Well, I ain't touching the speedrun or steel soul cheevos til we get this game's Godhome equivalent, lol.

Silksong definitely made me way better, though. I've been emboldened to finally do my steel soul run of the first game.

Think I'm finished up with Silksong for the moment. I got 100%, true ending, and now this morning I finally finished up the Hunter's Journal. As for the other achievements I have left... one is an ending that'd require a whole second playthrough, which I think I'll wait a bit to do. The others...

Just hit 100% completion in Silksong. Got all the relics, too. Now I just have to beat that true final boss…

Well, you can only hold so many obs shards in storage. They’re basically free since they just cost karma, so there’s no point in hoarding more than you need at any given moment.

Panel 1: We see from the inside of a house as a large, muscular leg, belonging to someone clearly taller than the doorway, kicks the door off of its hinges, cracking the door and sending splinters flying everywhere and taking chunks out of the wall that it's attached to. The door itself is flying off into the room with the handle and hinges falling off. Panel 2: A large muscular figure with a head that looks like a Minecraft dirt block bends into the doorway, wrapping the fingers of its right hand around the frame and moving its left shoulder in first. It says "ALRIGHT, TIME FOR THE MONTH-LONG MINECRAFT ADDICTION YOU GET EVERY 4 YEARS" Panel 3: We look from behind the figure's shoulder as we see that Shen is being held hostage by Hornet from Hollow Knight: Silksong. She is standing behind him, with her needle to his throat, as he looks at the Minecraft dirt block guy in horror. Panel 4: The Minecraft dirt block guy is outside again, on the grass next to the cement path leading up to the door, now leaning down with his left hand on his knee and his right hand closing the door gently with a "click". He seemingly put it back into place, despite it still being very broken. He says "some fights are beyond me."

Though, to be fair to the Humans, they also have a lot on their plate. Centaurs, bandits, pirates, White Mantle, Separatists again, some Risen and Destroyers too.

That honestly isn’t even the half of it. Just in Core Tyria, the Charr are simultaneously dealing with the Ghosts, Branded, Flame Legion, Renegades, Separatists, and Ogres. That’s a lot of war for one nation to juggle.

If it sweetens the deal, I can assure you there are a number of evil women to enjoy.

I think it’s a combination of the new expansion coming very soon and FFXIV, which has a big player overlap with GW2, finally just finishing up Dawntrail.

He makes an insanely interesting point in that even the people who hate him still bought into his lies that *he* was the one to kill them. It really puts our actions into perspective...

The most ancient races are the Jotun, Mursaat, Forgotten, and Seers. Three of the four are near-extinct while the Jotun somehow lost their civilization, culture, and technology.

Conduit makes sense with the Chinese poem, and it just sounds very techy. Could imagine an electricty-based spec with like tesla coils or something.

Amalgam is a tough one. Not sure if it helps or hurts Lady Mosyn theory.
