My spouse used to work at the Lark Street scoop shop and that gave me a few flavors to miss. The limited edition one for The Simpsons Movie tasted totally different when the carton was new versus when it had been open for a few days... later was better.

I painted some parts of this tifo a few weeks ago, but I was busy for the later sessions. Today I was standing behind it, pulling on one of the ropes. So this is my first time seeing the finished product; It turned out well, I think!

Heh, it's usually family. Yeah, my spouse and I have worked out our shared repeat meals and I think 99% of stuff we exclude is based on one of those reasons. Good point on unhealthy situations.

Hah, that word stirred some feelings. As a kid, I was called picky; I think it's such a bullshit label when applied by others. So long as you can reasonably nourish yourself and don't force your preferences on others, who cares?

Some series of Taskmaster weren't as enjoyable as others, which is understandable after this long... but so far the 19th series is great. Jason Mantzoukas has been especially good at injecting the level of chaotic energy that the show thrives on.
