2/12 - went through some vods of people that played some of techs 7 to see how they handled some particularly difficult bits

very inspiring to see, and also gave me some better ideas on what might be easier to not do crossed over

2/11 - after a rough one friday I looked through old stuff again, wanted to refresh my memory on A4A

the slowdown still feels natural to read which is good!

this bit was hardest for me, ghosting it made me realize my feet bounce which makes the turn after (LDRDL) rough

2/10 - finished the septa wrapup podcast so not a ton of study, still, I recorded myself ghosting the LDURDURUD before the second chorus of air heroes (mirror fyi)

verdict: need to work on extending that cross out, balancing that against that I run it slow may be hard

looked at some air heroes footcams; noticed that I'm hitting metal instead of the right sensor of down often; the first lateral might be throwing off my center of mass through the holds
