Nah , haven’t the health for any of it but I cling to the hope I might come out the other side of it one day and be able to again .. it can take 12 years or more though and age isn’t my friend. Bummer but that’s life.

I’ve been getting my old kit set up. PSP games all found and backed up. 360 up and running . Gotta get my son to look through the games in attic for me.

Ah fair enough . Yeah I used to prefer that, you pick up more from your learners. I found i got used to it over Covid as I was regularly training some grads.

Now it’d be a lifeline if I ever could get well enough as it’d get around my lack of mobility.

I must admit I’d very much enjoy that. Roles where I got to train were my favourites. Had been my plan to do teaching once I hang up the dev tools but my health had other ideas sadly .

Me too. Not bought anything but little indies in steam sales all year. Have been slowing down for years. Didn’t have the energy to play after work like I once did and got used to saving the money as it all soared .

Amazing. It’s not that I can’t afford it now, though I’m more careful as i knew early retirement loomed, but that I don’t want to and don’t feel the same draw to much of it.
