Oy, don't feel bad! We all need an emotional outlet. I'm personally horrid at it sometimes and have been pushing myself to be more blunt about what I need.

But never apologize for needing to get things off your chest.

It's time for us to start the cool job nerd club!

One thing that tends to help me is cuddling up with hot cocoa, with or without someone, and putting on a comfort show like Joe Pera Talks with You on Adult Swim.

It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's a really nice slice of life comedy and it helps me stop overthinking sometimes.

I know it may not help, but I've been following for a while (only recently on BlueSky) and it does suck seeing when you have super low periods and when dysphoria acts up. I want to try what I can to help.

GAME OVER: $25k+ of tech stolen from Kent arcade Tens of thousands of dollars worth of vintage video game equipment was stolen from a Kent arcade this week.

KIRO 7 ran an article and two TV pieces on the theft of a box truck full of arcade PCBs, artwork, and machines from my workplace yesterday. If anyone in the Seattle area sees someone offloading a ton of CPS2/NAOMI/Neo Geo PCBs, stuff of that nature, please reach out.

Okay, I'm hyped for this.

I've been feeling really good about my health lately. My therapist and I have been working on what we've defined as the core essentials for mental health: diet, sleep, and exercise.

So I've managed to push 180 squats every weekday for a few weeks now and it's actually been helping quite a bit!

This...this is a joke, right?

Well, all I have to say to you is be the change you want to see.

Late Night Re-Crix Food Review: Kool-Aid Soda - Black Cherry flavor

Very sweet and a bit of citrus! It is artificially flavored, but it doesn't have that fake-y taste that is often associated with it.

All and all, it's not a bad take on a cherry soda!
