I did surprisingly well yesterday. Woke up at 545/6am as usual, had my little evening nap at 8pm. Went to bed for real around 11pm. Woke up to get Uncle from work at 3am, went right back to bed...until 445am. 🙃🤣 and just laid in bed until 630am.
Today might be different freal.
