not directly, no but i'd say 99% of mesh related mods start in blender before being exported back out into game files. the modding discord might have more answers but since getting the actual face morphs seems to be a pre big hurdle, this seems like a good starting point. discord.gg/frosty-dav-m...

Raphael is the one who turned him into an archdevil so he had almost full control over what Etlyre turned into. Kept most of him just. bigger

the black markings on his hands & feet appeared on their own as manifestations of Beshaba's curse on him
