P4 have been learning about the properties of 3D shapes. Today they were quizzing the class and giving them clues about the 3D shape they had chosen. They had to accurately describe their shape and see if the class could guess what they had. @mrsswanbx.bsky.social

I was really impressed when I was watching the movies P4SL had made using apple clips with Mrs Swan. The children were keen to show off their learning about the organs. @mrsswanbx.bsky.social

We have been learning about symmetry. We have been practicing recognising symmetrical shapes, making symmetrical shapes and identifying if there are more than one line of symmetry. @mrsswanbx.bsky.social

We made a time capsule for our class. We recorded our height, likes, dislikes and hopes. We will open this again at the end of the year and see how much we’ve changed. @mrsswanbx.bsky.social

We have been learning about the importance of being healthy and keeping clean. We started an experiment today to see what can happen if we don’t wash our hands properly. We will get our results next week. @mrsswanbx.bsky.social

What a creative bunch we have. P4SL tried to see what they could create using different materials. We ended up with sharks, ghosts, unicorns, ninjas and much more. They are brilliant. 🦄👻🦈 @mrsswanbx.bsky.social
