Honestly, with the event that occurred, I'm glad to be able to do this activity. Yesterday, I was not prepared mentally to literally run into nazis, but I'm grateful that I could help in the immediate aftermath. Contrary to belief, I hate seeing people hurting/in pain while giving them medical care.

I started the "diet" about 2 weeks ago. I have not found anything that has worked and my mom suggested it. I've had issues my entire life but no doc has been able to definitely tell my mom and I what is wrong with us. I only have tried multiple types/cocktails of drugs to mitigate my symptoms.

I am so sick of Low FODMAP bitch just let me eat ice cream and coffee again.
