Per chow:

8oz of your fave sausage
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup tomato/basil pasta sauce (Classico?)
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper

Brown and break up the sausage. Don't drain fat.
Add veggies. Stirfry til tender.
Add sauce. Simmer low 5 min.
Blop onto rice. Eat. Burp.

I may have made too much cranberry-apple sauce/jam.
