Update: He ended up making a list moment trip to the US for personal reasons and since he was going to a city with a passport office, he got an fast track renewal appointment with 72 hour turnaround. There were a ton of available appointments. New passport is in hand and he returns to Germany soon!

As someone who has had good scones in the UK and good biscuits in the US I don’t find them to be very similar at all. Eh this is why we were going to wait till April because the resubmission of passport would coincide with being able to apply for PR vs another visa. Now it feels like earlier is better even if it means a second interaction with the abh
