Unfortunately the housing crisis is a real thing. That's why immigration laws have become much more strict in the last 2 years.
So I think it could be a good thing for the canadian economy potentially, but disastrous for the average Canadian (at least in the short term), unfortunately.

Not sure if wise, but it was certainly not foolish. The ad was really not very confrontational at all. It was really just and only playing the recording of a former president, not more not less.
