It would have taken away from nothing at all to do that bare minimum task after Novembers election. The fact it wasn't done and to think it shouldn't have been done was the first step of rolling over for this administration. Now dems have been on the back foot since.

There's a difference between looking into fraud and the conspiracy level of looking into fraud. The first implies if there's nothing found then it's over. The second is what happened with Trump in 2020 where they found nothing but still wouldn't shit up over it.
