Yes!! There’s a 2+ day Amtrak route between Chicago and San Francisco through the Rocky Mountains and Sierra Nevada and stuff that I reaaaaally want to do while I’m here

Little circulars are my fave bc there’s no needle switching/readjusting for most of the sock, but then you do need one of the other types for the toes and maybe heel. Generally I prefer dpns over magic loop (did my whole first sock on dpns) except for doing the toes of toe up socks

Please do I love to talk about sock knitting. I’ve knit 7 pairs now and they’re all slightly different bc it’s so fun to try out new techniques and shapes. Did this little picot cuff on my latest ones which makes them look like lemon meringue pie. Or a cartoon beer lol
