Your third party support people don't understand what "Verify age group" means, and they keep closing my requests for manual verification.

I have had to open 5 tickets and they keep closing them without solving it.

I feel like there are already so many sub categories and niches within the community today that person to person is already kind of a niche. It's kind of a funnel, people look for better more personalised experiences and eventually find their way to doing person to person. 💜
