I’m actually supposed to start a supplement for this soon. My multivitamin has 1000 IU that I’ve been taking over a year - my lab draw references a range of normal from 30-50 ng/mL and I came up at 28. Now I’m to take an extra 2000 IU on top of my regular multivitamin. Not sure if this is helpful 😅
