Haha yeah it's a very distracting game world. Enjoying how easy the story is to follow too (I got overwhelmed with names in Shadows).

It's a nice breath of fresh air. There's a great early one with the Odachi master where you're climbing up hillsides while avoiding cannon fire and I was like "wow, linear chase sequence in an open world game?! Yes please"

Didn't intend on getting Yotei but me & the other half went halves on it 🤣

The more I play, the more it makes Shadows and Tsushima look silly. It's the way the story and side content all flows naturally.

Started Ghost Of Yotei the other day and it's stunning. I love it.
Miles better than AC Shadows (easier plot to follow, character you care about)
I'd assumed my brain would be comparing to Tsushima all the time but it feels fresh & varied ; different enough to not notice.

speaking of Switch 2, Assassin's Creed Shadows (!) is coming to the console in December! will be fascinating to see those console comparisons 😱

Fallout 4, it's expansions plus all the Creation Club stuff is coming to Switch 2 next year!
If it looks/plays well on Nintendos console, I will definitely be tempted!!

Absolutely! sad reality is I barely used my Switch 🙈 I always kinda juggled PS5 & PC so I don't want to make the same mistake twice. it's all going to come down to the exclusives.
I've got my gaming mojo back Big Time tho... want to play EVERYTHING 😂 I dived back into SoulSilver on my Pika 3DS XL

Yeah you've definitely got the best experience, for sure! the battle mechanics, outfits, the amusing dialogue...it all looks really compelling. Plus Switch 2 boosts Violet version to a playable state.
I'll have to factor in a chunky SD card too sadly, cos my library 99% digital haha can't wait

Oh I've seen it in action on Switch 1, I'll wait 😅 plenty of games to keep me out of mischief in the meantime (I'll ask Santa for it)
