Uneven stack of colorful books on the right side with the quote, We're living through that part of the history books where school kids ask, "why didn't anyone do something about this?"

Mini rant
I miss before MS, when my hubby & I would jump the motorcycle & ride for days
It’s different needing a brace to hold my body upright & still needing to stop every hr.
I am lucky I can still ride on the back (w/ a little help) but, I do miss how it was.
Rant over
Back to being positive🧡
Yes! So good 🙌🏻

A bit worried about all the walking but, thankfully accessibility aids help so #MSWontStopMe from continuing to enjoy life 🧡

Very cool. I’ve actually never been to Sturgis but I’ve heard some great stories 🤫
I bet that was an amazing place to hike. I sure miss hiking but, I hope your still enjoying such a healthy activity while also being able to see beautiful places in nature 🫶🏻

Another unexpected thing on the never ending list of things that came with MS. It’s definitely the condition that progressively keeps on “giving” 🤦🏻♀️
That’s such a valid point.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about both the positive and negatives of when my disability was more invisible compared to when it became more visible.
Love sharing tips so we can find what works for each of us.
01.10.2025 01:41 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Love that you went with it & even made it such a great part of the conversation. Impressive
I appreciate the encouraging words, especially how you made me realize I don’t need to worry about those “tabled bodied clowns” opinions & should just get the pass if I need it. 🫶🏻
Literally LOL
I probably sound like this a lot when I talk🤦🏻♀️
I call my husband my Google because, since MS, I have such a hard time finding works & end up describing things until he finally gets it or I forget what we’re talking about. 😂
Love the idea of “befriending it” especially since it’s there to help🫶🏻
The judgement can be hard.
My drs suggested an Accessible Parking Permit. I still ride on the back of my husband’s motorcycle (I can’t drive my own anymore & need help getting on/off) but, I can’t imagine the looks if I used it
I love the reframe of appreciating “a place to put your stuff” 🙌🏻
Having stuff on hand is so important for us. I use a backpack purse but, I have to wear it like a backpack to make sure it doesn’t throw off my balance.
I commend you on confidently looking into the walker if that’s what you need 🫶🏻
This!!!

We have SHARED PROBLEMS

Hidden stuff? I’m intrigued 🤔
I completely understand the hesitation, especially thinking of it as a cane (just no)
I bought mine after a really rough day but, it took a while to actually start using it.
I do recommend one that folds up (I love being able to carry mine in my backpack purse) 🫶🏻
Literally LOL
I love this!

While logically I understand that both provide the exact same steadiness & balance support, “walking stick” just sounds so much better than “cane”.
