The licenses are extremely limited to see them. There is no guarantee that you will encounter them. We lucked out we only had to hike about an hour before we saw them.

In the 70s & 80s there were barely 250 gorillas left. There numbers are now approximately over 1k.

It is unforgettable.

News today that ICE shot a woman is chilling. The videos online show that there are some abusive, masked thugs masquerading as law enforcement.
