We prototyped some ~$10 PS1/PS2 memory cards for SuperStation. They work very well.

I’ve never been more proud of a product I worked on. The team put so much effort into making SS1 the best FPGA platform possible.

You can just build stuff. Here’s to 5 years of willing SuperStation One into existence.

It seems like it wouldn't be expensive given how small this is, but I spent a small fortune making this user-replaceable SS1 controller connector. Here's the mass production version:

Was this part of Boots (and Smiths) stopping stocking 8-bit games around October 92, to make way for SNES?

I don't have a banana for scale, but the mold is huge.

I finally populated the last section of Console Mode. Here’s the arcade directory with screenshot support. It makes picking games much easier if you aren’t familiar with the titles.

Midnight Blue SuperStation one. Ignore the surface finish, SS1 isn't high gloss. It looks beautiful.

I only had Miami Chase on the Amiga, never knew it came out on the Speccy!

Those screenshots for it look a bit iffy though, not the Speccy version (like Outrun Europa-gate?)

I’ve been messing around with N64 carts on SuperStation. Speed would need to drastically improve to make this practical.

My little engineer is doing some testing this weekend on SuperStation one.

One further change: We added a toggle switch to the side of the SNAC port to disable the PSX controller ports and route the signals to the dedicated SNAC port on the dock. The port is compatible with our N64 and SNES SNAC adapters.

There is a Bypass On/Off label not pictured.

It's fixed!

The latest revision of the SuperDock removes the duplicate S-Video port that is now part of SS1, adds a Type-C UART port, and adds a big IO expansion port in the back for future hardware.

So much gold. A new SS1 PCB arrived this morning.

Added preliminary support for loading Sega Saturn games from disk without dumping on SuperStation.

It needs some additional work to make it more seamless. PC-Engine CD is next.
