29.01.2026 09:38 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0No correct answers for yesterday's #gamekey #giveaway #puzzle.. Here's a new clue..
My favourite female programmer's job title can be found by somehow using the words below.
"Rocky Chief Fluffy-Merchandise Motor-Cochlea"
Reply with solution and her name.
#free #game #key #riddle #steam
Nope...
She might have been the first, but she doesn't even rank in my list of top programmers..
For the current puzzle - I'll need the answer to the clue as well! Otherwise the person will just be guessed randomly... and there's no fun in that..

Giving away a key for "settlement survival" to the first response correctly giving the name of my favourite female programmer of all time, by working out the clue...
Clue: Creed Millie Cable Metol
10/10 to you... pm sent, enjoy!!
15.01.2026 12:18 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0One of my two favourite programmers was part of a duo of devs who released a revolutionary space game in 1984; which went on to multiple 8 bit systems. His initials are not I.B.
First person to reply with the correct name will get a steam key for Intravenous II PM'd to them.
#giveaway #quiz
That's a good idea.. I'll have a think about how to implement it! Ty

you know why 90's music was so awesome? Because there was so much of it that was unique and all of it was done well. Rock, Hip Hop, R&B, Country, Alternative, Punk, Ska, Swing/Big Band....like hits everywhere in every genre and they were all different...the variety we had in the 90's was unmatched
05.01.2026 02:05 โ ๐ 569 ๐ 58 ๐ฌ 71 ๐ 14Closest I've found is obsidian mapped to a cloud sync folder; with plugins and a little effort you can do a lot of what trello can.. You can also sync to local or remote git server. Biggest loss is no shared projects.

02.01.2026 04:17 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Maybe they used AI to generate those terrible janky platforming sections!? ๐
That'd finally explain to me why they exist...
Demeter also famously found pomegranate seeds took up half of her time. ๐
But seriously, cut in half horizontally and spank it over a bowl, seeds will come out quick smart.
Yeah, you need to pay the $100 app fee in order to access the steamworks admin section.
13.12.2025 07:24 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I can highly recommend learning piano!
I started just a few weeks ago and am finding it as therapeutic as could be.
You can get midi keyboards, which connect to your computer where you can make just about any sound you want. To go more with your vibe.. x
Someone straight up tried to tell me that speedrunner culture has ruined gaming because it seeks instant gratification.
Oh yeah, the people who replay the same games thousands of times to shave a fraction of a second off their times are TOTALLY in it to feel immediately rewarded. Sure thing.
This is the modern equivalent of missing a single semicolon in a c project before we had intelligent IDEs...
10.12.2025 08:37 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Just heard the best name for the upcoming Steam Machine.
"The Gabecube"
Fascinating: due to my memory loss, I lose tunes within an hour, canโt play without a score. But Iโm somehow learning the procedural parts of music; like hand position and chord shapes.
While my cognitive memory continues to fail, my muscle memory is thriving.
This is so exciting!

Music study progress: Yesterday I learned my first basic chord progression.. Today I feel like I know ALL the music... 1-5-6-4 everywhere.
06.12.2025 13:58 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Definitely agree on both points. I have a friend using a 65" C1 as a monitor, he has to sit impractically far away from it for any kind of "work" to be done. I really want to see a comparison of 60/120/240/480hz now though!
04.12.2025 08:16 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I think there's more of a "wow factor" when you see a 75" super high resolution screen.
I didn't even know they had monitors with refresh above 240hz.. is it actually a noticeable difference after that point?
:( ...
Have you tried using a split keyboard? My wife switched a couple years back has had huge relief.
Also wearing a tight (very tight) pressure bandage helps me recover easier/faster.. Maybe worth trying if you haven't already!?
