I thought of possibly the most cursed controller idea and I'm so sorry to everyone for this future problem I have to solve

This is a bad thing because now I can work on my dumb ideas again. Starting with finishing a controller for Elden Ring that will get me stopped at security if I brought it to an event

I think the funny/sad thing about companies trying to use AI for QA is that not only will it fail for years before it barely works...

Is it even going to save you money? You cut out 70% of the QA team and you cut out like what $4? Y'all don't pay QA good wages I know AI is not that cheap

Square Enix says it wants generative AI to be doing 70% of its QA and debugging by the end of 2027 | VGC The publisher is researching “Game QA Automation Technology” with the University of Tokyo…

So they're going to do this for one, maybe two games. It'll be full speed ahead until it's 6 months from release and the game is falling apart, at which point they'll pay an insane overtime rate for a QA studio to do it last minute which won't be enough.

Under normal circumstances, the hatch would have collided and exploded, but the hatch remains intact. Below are two silly drawings reenacting the situation with my depicted normally, and then with his body elongating and curving cartoonishly to avoid touching the hatch.

Dodged a hatch like this and can only attribute it to the innate catlike ability to contort to avoid being pet.

(but in this case, avoid being hit by the hatch)
