They ramp up production in time though. These things get ACTIVE.

Once the undies are donned and get goin, the wearer gets veeery little control of the output.
There's no actual physical connection for the pipes, they just jut out of the panties. But the undies DO stir up a huge boost in the wearer's gas production, so the pipes have somethin to NOISILY pump out!

Sure! That's why I drew this explanation blurb in the first place; let people know what these thangs' deal is if they get ideas for em, themselves
