I published a new article (lvzon.substack.com/p/why-you-ma...) and podcast episode (podcast.lvzon.com), about how we think. "Irrational" behavior occurs because "rational" thinking isn't our default mode. Much of our "thinking" is either unconscious or driven by stories and feelings, not by facts.
