I saw the handles and remembered the knitting bags several aunts had. So practical and beautiful. Let’s see if I can find one too.

I had to look up pooling, and yes I agree!

Start of a sock in rainbow yarn. Brand is Meilenweit.

Sock on larger needles, already turned the heel. Same rainbow yarn.

Frogged the sock on the left because it was too stiff. I changed to larger needles. Current WIP on the right, much softer feel.

Sweater in purple and lilac. Body is purple, a broad band along the rim has a purple and lilac heart shaped pattern.

A headband made with leftovers from this sweater was lost years ago on the bus. I still lament it because it had a lovely pattern and colour, was warm and soft. The replacements have never been as good…

Well done. Here’s my Agathis. Knitted it on DPN because magic loop is beyond me! Lovely pattern though, isn’t it!

It is a very old pattern and doesn’t seem to have a designer’s name. I have downloaded it a long time ago and the website does not exist anymore. The pattern is in Dutch, if you like I can post photos of it.

A ‘Harry Slinger’ hat with a rolled hem. The colour is a kind of blue. Harry Slinger is a Dutch singer who always wore a red hat with a rolled hem. Knitted it for a colleague.
