Seeing names you know pop up on Blue Sky is like going on a trip with your parents and running into friends from school you didn't know would be there. You see them every day but it's so different and exciting to see them in this new place!

I have done the thing.
I get the coffee nerds now.

- light roasted coffee
- grind setting 4 with slow grind technique (1zpresso K-Ultra)
- 12g of coffee
- 200g of water (relatively soft where I live)
- water at 95°C
- aeropress

It’s nuts…
I actually tasted the damn orange…

There is some really exciting gear on the flight sim horizon.

Really can’t wait to get my hands on a good FFB joystick, we’ve been waiting actual decades at this point.

Also Winwing’s approach at making airliner panels more accessible is really nice (just ordered the A320 FCU)
