If 13% of a demographic is economically unemployed maybe rather than threatening to cut their benefits you should look at fixing your broken job market.
Imagine I went to the peak of the US Great Depression and started on some bs about ‘just get a job’ clowns
If a private company cannot make profit without hiring children on £7.55hr then they shouldn’t exist
Every working person should be on AT LEAST the national minimum wage, those who advocate otherwise should accept the £7.55 per hour salary themselves
We love Hackney, but it needs to work for all of us.
