"Ohne den Konsum von MPH zurechtkommen" ist gefährliches Framing. Adhsler haben ein erhöhtes Risiko für Verkehrsunfälle, Sucht, Delinquenz etc. Und somit eine erhöhte Mortalität, was durch MPH wieder vermindert wird. Es gibt genug Studien über Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit.

I've had binging issues all through my teens and twenties, then restricted.
Then started the cycle again because I (luckily) never could restrict for long (ADHD) and started binging again.
Fatshaming in my family and schools didn't exactly help the matter.

Wenn ihr könnt (gibt ja diverse Gründe, wieso vllt.nicht), geht nochmal n Covid-Booster bzw. Grippeimpfung an.

Nicht alle HÄ machen das für alle wegen Stiko, aber es gibt mit Sicherheit ne Praxis in der Nähe, die das macht.

Fühle hart! Hab zwar keine Kinder, aber immer harte Schuldgefühle, auch wenn ich todeskrank bin, weil die Kolleg:innen auch fast alle ausm letzten Loch pfeifen und die Klient:innen nicht weniger Probleme haben, nur weil wir dünner besetzt sind. :-/
