This been my hyper fixation meal for the past 3 days damn near it’s so good

Sweet potato…put it in the oven. Greek yogurt add lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt+pep,EVOO. Chickpeas. Dry em. Season with whatever and a little EVOO put ‘em in the oven so they get crispy. Put the yogurt mixture on the potato with the crispy chickpeas. Boom high fiber dinner and it’s delicious.
