Attended a PCDA Graduation this week.
For all of the criticisms and sniping these student officers have had to put up with they are nothing short of phenomenal.
Completing a degree on top of working full time as frontline Police Officers and with long term plans to stay.

I returned a couple of weeks ago to it bit there is no discussing any more, it's who can shout the loudest and not see anyone else's view point, even in the slightest way.

Not wanting Politics interfering in Policing means on both sides.
I do not want private prosecutions against members of the public, it opens the flood gates for everyone - including Police Officers.
