Been off here for 5 months. In that time I’ve:

- Stashed some projects, started new ones, and resurrected a few old ones
- Launched a new blog → blog.webxsid.com
- Set up a home server and started de-googling my life wherever possible

Back to building. 🚀

I got into tech because it’s fun to take things apart, see how they work, and put them back together — or rearrange the parts into something brand new. it definitely feels like the new ethos is “bro why bother to learn? caring about that stuff is cringe, just go FAST bro” and that bums me out

Sometimes I just go "pleasepleasepleaseplease" when waiting for a logged in screen to load, hoping that I don't have to deal with 2FA for once

hey do you remember previous version of threads - it was a standalone app for DMs, it was camera focused and then converted just for the close friends, it had a status features, had the best fluid interface (also lots of bugs), for me it was a great alternative to the snapchat.

yes, but doesn't feel good due to the background, previously it used to expand with the side bar

Love the new UI more I use it, I just don't like the size of the album art on the bottom left, I used to keep it at it's max size because I like albums arts, now in this new UI they're small :(
